HOW TO ORDER

Thank you for choosing MFLEURS.

Please note all orders placed by 3:00 PM (EST) can be delivered in Montreal and surrounding areas for the following day; pending payment. Please allow a minimum of 48h for any customization on box like front label including Name Box personalization with decal, lid message.

MFLEURS can execute local deliveries in Montreal and surrounding areas including inside the Greater Toronto area. International shipping is available.

  1. To order simply select from the drop down menu,
    • Select your preferred luxury rose box size and color keeping in mind your selection between fresh roses and our My Eternal “preserved” roses.
    • Select the type of rose (Fresh or My Eternal) and indicate preferred rose color.
    • You must fill all pertinent information in required* fields.
  2. Your order will be confirmed and put into production and in our delivery schedule ONLY when full payment has been accepted. Please note that all orders submitted after standard business hours will only be answered to on the next business day.
  3. All prices are subject to additional delivery charges, between the range of 18$ to 25$ in Montreal and surrounding areas. *Deliveries are completed daily between 10:00 AM and 3: 00PM. Hours are subject to change during rush periods and holidays.
  4. Please note clicking ” Request Order” will submit your order to be quoted. You will receive relevant information by email.

IMPORTANT NOTE Please make sure info@mfleursmtl.com is on your “approved sender” list and/or in your “address book.” Please also check your “Junk email” folder. If you find our email there, select the confirmation message and click “Not Junk.” This will help our future communications go through.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Your order will be confirmed and put into our delivery schedule as soon as full payment has been accepted.
  • MFleurs recommends a 2-day time frame in order to confirm all information submitted and to schedule your delivery.
  • All prices are subject to additional delivery charges.
  • Please provide correct address details and contact information to avoid unnecessary delay.
  • MFleurs reserves the right to replace any unavailable rose with another of same or greater value.
  • Cancellation of Orders: We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled 24hrs before the delivery date. No refund will be issued for any cancellations made on the delivery date. *With the exception of large orders requiring a pre-order of roses.
  • For undelivered products due to wrong delivery address or change of address after delivery attempt will be delivered again with an additional delivery charge.
